I used to like the classic spelling nameMay/name more but I’ve learned to love nameMae/name now. nameMay/name is a month and the name is gentle and sweet. nameMae/name is just…I don’t know, but it definitely lacks all of the beauty and fresh flowers that pop to mind when I think of the name nameMay/name. nameBoth/name are pretty but I’d go with nameMay/name, the y adds a sense of strength while the e just looks flimsy. nameMae/name does look pretty but like @naomi13 said, they’d just end up correcting people all of the time!
